The Global New Industrial Revolution Alliance (NIRA) is a nonprofit international industrial organization headquartered in Hong Kong. Its initiators include world-renowned economists, industry & business leaders, investors, and senior representatives of the United Nations and other multilateral development institutions from China, the United States, Europe, Hong Kong SAR, and countries of the Global South.

NIRA is committed to promoting the internationalization, digitalization, and decarbonization of industries. Its work spans global agenda-setting, emerging-trend analysis, policy research, investment facilitation, capacity building, partnership development, and the cultivation of a collaborative international ecosystem. Through these efforts, it aims to contribute effectively to global AI governance and provide sustainable development solutions that are both accessible and affordable for the Global South.
