Professor Yabin Wu and Mr. Kaleb Menwyelet Munacha met with government, industry and business representatives at the Expo and shared their views with the media.
Professor Yabin Wu, Secretary-General of NIRA and WEC Ambassador and China Country Representative, attended the Expo alongside Mr. Kaleb Menwyelet Munacha, WEC Ambassador for Africa & Africa Chapter Leader, Founder of WGA.
Held from 16 to 18 September at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin), the Expo brought together participants working across green energy, industry, construction and related sectors. It was held alongside the 2026 International Engineering Construction Expo.
During the Expo, Professor Wu and Mr. Munacha held discussions with representatives of government agencies, international organizations, industry bodies and enterprises. Their exchanges focused on opportunities to connect green and low-carbon solutions with practical industry needs and expand international cooperation.
Both also gave media interviews, sharing their perspectives on green and low-carbon development and the opportunities brought by artificial intelligence.
Their participation in the Expo provided an opportunity for NIRA, WEC and WGA to engage with potential partners and continue discussions on practical cooperation across regions.
